At ProKits<\/strong>, every item is produced to order. This allows us to offer customised garments and bespoke teamwear while maintaining high production standards. Because each order is made specifically for you, production and delivery times can vary depending on demand and the level of personalisation required.<\/p>

Production & Delivery Times<\/h3>

All ProKits garments are produced once your order has been confirmed.<\/p>

Delivery times can vary depending on order size, customisation requirements and seasonal demand. As a guideline, please allow up to 15 working days for delivery within the UK<\/strong> from the time your order is placed.<\/p>

Many orders are completed sooner, but during busy periods production times may extend. If your order is required for a specific date, we recommend placing your order as early as possible.<\/p>

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery will be handled by one of our trusted courier partners.<\/p>

Personalised Items<\/h3>

Most ProKits products are customised or personalised<\/strong>, which means they are produced specifically for you or your team.<\/p>

For this reason, once an order has been placed and entered production<\/strong>, we are unable to make changes, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on personalised items.<\/p>

Please ensure that all details including sizes, names, numbers and custom text<\/strong> are correct before confirming your order.<\/p>

Sizing<\/h3>

Our garments are designed to fit true to size<\/strong>. However, if you are unsure about sizing, we strongly recommend contacting our team before placing your order and we will be happy to help guide you.<\/p>

As personalised garments are made to order, we cannot accept returns due to incorrect sizing once production has begun.<\/p>

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect<\/strong>, please contact our team as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue.<\/p>
